Paypal limited but ebay still going
 

Came across this one this week

Paypal limited after i sent id for reaching limit, saying i was a risk, this is a shame as it was 6month old 300+ 100%

I had an open case on it but it seems i cant refund now due to limitation, will this money be reimbursed through ebay or what?

i wanted the keep account as a buyer but am not posting out items if i cant withdraw my money, happy to refund buyers but paypal wont allow it

The strange thing is i can still list new items to sell even though the paypal is gone. Would it be worth creating a new paypal even if i only get a months use out of it as the ebay account is v good and will sell lots

If you want to do refund on a limited PP account and your appeal is refused, you can call in and do the refund via an agent.

eB account is still active so yes, you can list but NOt worth creating a new pp...you risk THAT pp going into limitation too. Look at the alternative acceptable payment methods to keep the account active.
