Suspension but ebay on the phone say 1 year suspension??
 

Ok so i have had an account suspended my best one at that. i phoned and phoned to argue and have gotten knowhere but the women in the trust and saftly team said its a 1 year suspention? only one of the sevral trust and safty team told me this bgut is this true?

after 1 year what happens? do i have to ask for it to be reinstated or what?

Some have reported after one year and if you do not have any balances due and ship all your items they were able to get their accounts back.

Also, some stated they were not so if really depends on your account and its history.

Was the original suspension suspended indefinitely for poor selling performance?

Been a few cases in the UK, where the account has been considered for reinstatment after the one year period.

After 1 year, you will have to ask for reinstatement - eB may or may not do so...if your violation wasnt a very bad one (up to you to decide on the issue), then you could be. There are cases where accounts went down for life however.
