PayPal troubles after courier issues..........

on the back of my joy yesterday

this morning has created a problem for a different account

18 month old 400 limit

courier had a problem with its new website and a few parcels got delayed and i was unable to provide tracking

a couple of PP cases opened and this morning im limited

nothing too serious but they want location confirming by card

anyone know of a reliable one available please ?

How much did you have loaded onto the entropay VCC when you tried to use this?
