Increase selling allowance / create more stealth accounts
 

Definitely create more stealth accounts! I have been a lurker on this forum for a long time & you consistently see members saying open more stealth accounts if you need a bigger allowance. I am sure like others I ignored this advice & concentrated on the one account only to be back to square one after losing it! I am now in a position where I have a number of accounts running alongside each other, it's definitely a better strategy & stress free way of selling on eb.

The biggest advantage for me is as I am now spreading sales over the accounts (not exceeding £500 per month/per account) I haven't lost an account or had a PP limited whereas this was common whenever I pushed for the maximum on the one account.

Open more accounts!

Completely agree & glad to see you have adopted that strategy.

Not only is this strategy important for overcoming the limitation hurdle, it also helps diversify your business.

If you are operating 10 stealth accounts and lose 1, that is only 10% of your business. You can easily start up a new account to replace that 1 and not feel the brunt of the loss.

However, if you had just 1 or 2 accounts, this is akin to putting too many eggs in those 1 or 2 baskets.

Congratulations on the success - exactly...if 1 goes down, you have others to rely on...like a team and substitutions...one guy gets injured, you got a replacement!
