New User Account or clear all cookies - Or Both - Help ?

hi if I clear cookies and flash cookies (lso) do I need to set up new user account? im changing ip everytime but heard its good if you do use new user account not to clear cookies as ebay like to see cookies.

If you set up separate user accounts there is no need to delete or clear cookies.

Cookies are good, they are your friends in stealth as they keep p/p and e/b happy that you are who you are supposed to be.

sorry what I need to be sure is: when im in a new user account and logging into my new stealth account (got that now no need to delete cookies), can I switch users to an old account and use that for google etc, work emails etc? if I had removed and deleted cookies on my old account previously is this ok then to switch to that account from stealth?
if you logged onto stealth account in new user account and switch user but don't open ebay in the old user account can ebay see what you upto/cookies etc?
or is it best to log out of stealth completely and then change ip before going into any account?

Keep the cookies for each account in SEPARATE windows user account.

eB basically only sees you when logged in.

You MUST change IP for each stealth account log in.
