listing not showing up
 

Hi,

Listing items today but are not showing up in search, anyone else getting this today? Mostly new accounts, first listing is showing but second is not.

I've had listings take up to 24 hours to appear on a new account. It's fairly common. If they arent visible by tomorrow then investigate further.

UK platform? Newist account of mine last night a few months old - have had similar issues for waiting 24 hours.

Can confirm that, do have to sometimes wait upto 24 hours.

Thanks all, may have found a workaround, will try it tomorrow. Due to the product cannot wait 24h lol, thanks again.

Happened yesterday just on second item , after going the whole day with no sale on the account I searched and noticed the one listed the other not

It took 24 hours till mid night and by this morning the items were sold

really, I wait a minute and check under a regular search and they are always there.

on new accounts, on first listing they are always held for a day, but after that they are fine.

does it depend on goods, maybe it is a branded issue and they get checked and passed.
