Please can some one help
 

Hi I have a stealth account for ebay and pay pal opened in 2011 and all been going very well . But today I get this MC043 NOTICE: eBay Information Alert- Contact information - does this mean they are on to me as when I opened it it's a false name address and phone. Number as it was before it had be be confirmed, do you think it will be ok just to add my Mobil number,

If I change the address to say a friends will I have to comfirm it please someone help as it's a reall good business turn over 20000 a month and need the money as Xmas

And I got banded 4 years go would it be ok to do a really one now or do they keep data for ever

In the body of the email, does it say which type contact information is missing ...i.e. telephone number?

This is easily correctable if you supply a working telephone number (just use a Google voice one).

And NO do not enter any information regarding a friend's or relatives information to fix this. That can burn you down the road.

Not a huge problem. Just update the phone number to sort this problem out. Make sure the number is active in case they try calling.

Thanks I way until sat morning will this be ok as it's with the 48 hours. Will it be ok to use my mum Mobil number many thanks all for your help.

I was worried they wanted an address as it's a false address as long as you r sure it's just a phone number thanks

Can any one else give advise the account is in good order and is top rated as well thanks once again

Has the Mobil number been used before? Must make sure new and unused number
