Account help please!
 

A friend of mine has left me his account.

The account has 1 year and has a limit of 130/3800 items a month.

What should I do with it,it is in different name,the problem is I was banned from selling on ebay and do not want to kill this account to.

The real issue it has no paypal so its okay I think,he accepted payment only by card,so should I add paypal in the name of the provious account holder or change completely?

the new paypal you make, should match the ebay details.

you can change address of the ebay and I know you can change 1 letter of surname without submitting paperwork on paypal, so there may be a way of doing this on ebay? By contacting customer support, might be risky though.

If it has ssn attached then that is not good though.
