Bad DSR and negative feedback removal
 

Ok. So, I have been led to believe that when it comes to feedback and DSRs that keeping these as high as possible are the be all and end all when it comes to selling on eBay. Dropping below the seller standard usually means a suspension of some kind and so it's imperative to keep this part of your account in the best condition possible.

HOWEVER,
I have just had a very long discussion with someone on Facebook who claims he has his DSR's and negatives wiped every month by his account manager.
Is this is even possible?

If this is possible, does anyone know how it would be done, anyone here have a similar method in place to keep their account in good standing? Or is this guy a troll?

I thought the account managers were sacked years ago... In fact replaced with Indian call centers years ago?

No they are still around but u need to be doing $50,000 a month I think for so many consecutive months to have what ur talking about , type account manager in the search I know it was discussed before

But if ur account is making $5000 a month than no real special treatment and with stealth sales are spread out, but If u just browse through sellers feedback you definitely can see how some are favored , they have so many negatives it's unbelievable
