can i get linked like this??
 

if one of my friends came over and used there ebay/paypal on my ip address who have use there ebay on my old ip address what was band. if you understand what i mean could you help please. many thanks

The chances you will have a problem are low but I would suggest not letting anyone use your computer to log into their Ebay/Paypal accounts because the more you let them use your computer/internet for ebay/Paypal the risk go up every time.

Rather you look like an ahole than risking linking. Personally....no one is allowed to use my PC's/Internet for their Ebay/Paypal use, they can wait till they get home.

The more you use accounts across old banned IPs or problem networks, the more risks go up for linking and bans, again

if your friend have fixed IP and he always used his machine / ebay from that IP and then you also have fixed ip all the time for your business account then the chances are high but using one time is not issue but using again and again will link it
