entropay deleted card urgent!!!
 

I cannot log in to my paypal as my password ain't workin.

I have an entropay card on my paypal it has a few weeks left to run, but I deleted it on entropay already as I needed room. so the middle of card is xxxxxx out

I tried to reset paypal password and paypal will not take my secret question, and so i want the entropay card back as this will enable me to change password, as it is a security question.-

big question - will entropay give me the card number even though deleted?????

if I cannot get in to my paypal, can I make another paypal acc and add it to my ebay. my ebay is worrkin just fine.

You should be able to see deleted cards if you log into your Entropay account. Not sure if there is a time after which they disappear but you can definitely view them for a while.

This is why saving all information associated with Ebay/Paypal accounts is so important.

I'm guessing there's no bank with this account ??? Usually they give an option to give full CC or bank account

I agree with OP, you cannot see the full number on deleted cards, the middle digits are x-ed out, even on non-expired cards.

maybe someone that uses EP regularly can chip in...

I stand corrected on this. Didnt realise the number was only partially visible.

sirs, can you help with alternative.

1/ask entro for the number, but I do not want to ask unless I now they yes.

2/make another paypal and add to the ebay - is this allowd/possible???

no bank on this paypal. so whilst my paypal is aged, it is not worth much and I can replace it with a new one, but will ebay say you cannot have different paypal added, or will paypal say no way, you already have a paypal dude.

Unless the ebay account has got decent selling limits on it, I'd personally ditch both and start again, making sure you record and keep all account info.

as for records - I forgot password becasue it was on laptop that broken suddenly before backed up and could not retrieve, but secret questin I put in correct and i am sure of this as it is written down, so IDK why I cannot get in to reset.

I cannot let go of the ebay as it is good one.

need questions answr any help.

Phone Entropay would be a starting point. If they cant help then consider the other option.
