using my savings account on my attached visa debit

i have a savings account attached to my visa debit. the visa debit one i use day to day is banned by ebay and paypal can i use my savings account to open new paypal account?

what happens when it comes to verification?.. i send them passport of my name and my address am i ****ed lol?

You need to use a VCC not a real plastic card

So long as the bank account has not been put onto eBay or PayPal before then your fine to use it (so long as its not a bank know to have issues with mismatching name deposits)
