MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item
 

Hi All,

So today one of my accounts got hit with a

MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item

I've been banned from listing for 30 days now, so would one more violation result in a complete ban of my account?

What's your experience of the process after a 30 day listing ban?

Account is highly likely to go down if you list anything in the next 6 months.

Do attempt to list anything remotely high risk on the account at any point in the future.

Do not believe that this violation "drops off" after 6 months. It will always be seen during any future review of this account.

It's actually awesome it lasted 5 years so no complaints :-)

I had the same message many times. I left it a few months before listing anything else. In the end they banned me for good. Obviously if you keep repeating the same offence they will ban you.

Try not to list VeRO. Only thing is, I expect your competitors are listing the same item??

I still have some of the item left up, not everything was taken down so should I pull all remainder auctions, or let them run for the remaining 15 days they gave left? What's your suggestion on this?
