Just out of curiosity...
 

People move house. That's a fact of life.

My real address is banned (obviously, otherwise I wouldn't be here :rolleyes:).

In theory, if I sold my house and the new occupants attempted to register new accounts, you'd assume they'd get limited because of the address. Is that right? Do EB/PP not understand that people move?

I ask because - and this could be a stretch - is it not possible to register again under a banned address (new name/dob/IP etc...) and just plead ignorance and say you only just moved in and have no connection to the previous residents?

Not seriously considering this. Just wondering if it could work...

Yes, it is possible, it could work it is not just the address itself that get you banned but more than one link (address and name and phone number...). If you change anything but the address I thin it should be fine but be ready to answer questions eventually.

yes you can register with different surname and same address as long as everything else is different, inc goods. I do not think you would need to plead ignorance if you do it properly they would take a look if address is flagged, see a new person and leave you alone, or might just keep an eye on you for a while, without any contact. Starting it as a buyer acc for a long time would be a good idea

...just keep getting married, I suppose men have to be useful for something...
