New Seller Restriction
 

Hello Folks,

Longtime since I last posted but I need your help now.
(seems I now have the reputation among friends as a oracle!)

I help Setup an account for a colleague.
Private selling account.

Restricted to 10 items,
I said, get some sales let some time pass and it will increase.

90 days have passed
3 items have been sold
2 +ve feedbacks

Can he sell/list more?

I directed him to the 'request higher selling limit'
But he cant seem to get it work.

Can anyone advise?

The request higher limits is very glitchy at the moment but it still works. Just needs a bit of patience.

You should not be surprised that the account hasn't had an increase as only three items have been sold in three months.

You need to FULLY utilise the existing limits before you will be consider for an increase.

Right,

I will get him to try again at a later date,
Currently has a few items which are on auctions with bids!

Apparantly he has sold more than 3 aswell.
(that was just last month)

Everytime, you get a "page not responding", hit back on the browser and do it again. Sometimes it can go through really quick, other times it can take 20 minutes.

So long as he sells to the max each month, eventually the limits will be increased. Just takes time.

For IT Eb you need to have at least 10 positive feedback before even considering yourselling limits to be increased.
