Selling without a bank account on PP / Flaws in my plan?

I want to open a large number of stealth accounts without having to attach bank accounts to them initially, I will not need them for the next few months but would like to have them ready (aged with feedback) & when needed I will simply attach a bank acc. This way I will have a large number of stealth accs at my disposal & don't have to open bank accounts straight away.

My plan/goal:

Open PP & attach VCC only.
Create eb selling account after a month of cookie building.
I will only sell a maximum of £10 worth of low value feedback stock I have.
The selling/withdrawing restrictions don't apply.
When the accounts are needed I will attach a bank acc.

Any flaws in my plan?

Many people that attempt this end up with suspended ebay accounts / limited paypals. It is always best to sell on UK ebay with a verified paypal.

It is possible but there is a specific technique to do it. I have only found this through trial and error.

I do use a verified PP account without having it attached to a bank account. Maybe this works only for the Italian PP but with a simple Giftcard (not a VCC) with money on it I was able to verify my account.

sounds too simple... maybe I misunderstood somethin..?

You have misunderstood. UK Paypal works differently. A bank account is required to verify paypal.

Both are right, Italian accounts case ,you'll need only to add VCC and verify it to make your account verified and start selling, UK case is different you'll need a UK bank account to make your account verified and start selling

You don't need to verify the paypal to start selling on UK ebay but unless you know what you're doing the chances of ebay suspension / pp limitation are massively increased. This of course is category dependent. Some categories require a verified paypal to list.

Flaw in the plan is not verifying with the bank account for security purposes - verifying early does help in the future

The category I will list in is low risk & low value. I can of course try this out myself but what I really want to know is come 3 months, I attach a bank account & slowly increase sales in more riskier categories is my PP/EB more likely to get limited or is it no different than attaching one from the start? The accounts I can remake but it's the bank account that I will have lost & can no longer use.

Hmm I re-read what I wrote and it seemed clear but Ebayorbust, you had written earlier:

That's what I meant - best to verify with the bank before even turning to seller account.

Verify the PP EARLY in its existence - time does play a part in security of the account

Shut the bank account down and in a few months time go back and open a new one with the same bank

At the same time you have nothing to lose with trying to sell on an unverified account, the worst case scenario you burn a VCC, better than burning a bank account. So I think it's a good idea to do what the op says and sell some cheap low risk stuff initally, especially if they are new to stealth. Then once the account is solid add the bank account.
