uk paypal glitch
 

Hi, I've had this issue before and it seemed to fix itself in time but I have just made a few purchases on eBay and when I go to pay using my PayPal linked to my ebay by withdrawing from my entropay card linked to paypal it keeps saying cannot use this card use another, even when I use the option of paying with a cc I use the card numbers directly and it still doesn't work, I have even used 2 other cards but they do not work. Has anyone else experiensed this lately.
