Limited paypal.. what can i do?
 

Hi recently my stealth paypal got limited and theres 'no appeal'. Its only got £200 so im not really bothered but i was wondering is there a way i can ever remove my bank account once it has been limited?


secondly i was wondering whether this means my ebay account (which was attached to it)is now also useless? or could i attach it to a new stealth paypal?

1. You could try calling and seeing how bad the "no appeal" deal is - you cant remove the bank account.

2. Eb is not "useless" - just means you should not be using PP for it...new stealth pp might work for a while but sooner or later, it will get limited for being linked to old pp. Not recommended. Go fresh...eb and pp

You should not attached a new PP, but you can look at accepting other payment methods with that eBay account

Once a bank account is attached to PayPal its useless for any other PayPal account even if you do remove it.

OK thanks for that.. what other payment methods do you recommend?

yeah i know that but i just dont like them having it sitting on their system so wondered if there was a way.

Do you have any ideas on other methods i can use apart from PP?

Skrill, merchant accounts, cash on collection ect ect.

cool.. with skrill do you use your real details or stealth? im guessing real haha but just checking.

I have only got 1 account with them and its in my real details.

Search the forum though to see if stealth skrill can be used, never tried it myself.

Stealth Skrill can be done - but make sure address is accessible

Ok. Do you find your sales using the skrill account as the payment method are slower than using pp? ie because people arent as comfortable using it?

Yes slower than pp - more people are familiar with pp.

And yes, I am talking postal address - skrill sometimes send out letters to confirm address
