PayPal Limitation
 

Hi all, Have a week old PayPal linked card to and bank account. It's a stealth. I have £500 in there and its been over a week sitting there available. But paypal throws me some merchant error, I tried to pay today left it 24 hours and bang Im limited, they limited me for the 3rd time now, before I just confirmed location and card, but it's asking me for more information on my card details.

I went to the resoloution centre and tried to complete steps, added same card again and it confirmed ok, then got to do the phone verification, and it says that it's already confirmed, cant do it again?

I have no clue what the hells is going on!! Any ideas?

Sounds like you have not paid the merchant error and threw flags on your account imo.

Are the CC or BA linked to another old banned account? This would create obvious issues.

Does it say the funds are on hold or still available as of now, with the "limited account"

Yeah that is the error I am getting. No these a fresh new bank account and cc. My Paypal funds are available, but I have the limitation, go to complete steps but it's not happening!

I would repeat in 24 hours - sometime PP has a glitch - or, if fails, might have to call them up and get it solved...3rd limitation, ugh wow
