new ebay and paypal im still puzzled
 

ive been off ebay a couple of years now,main account was suspended and then a couple of stelth accounts got tagged
im wanting to give it a proper go again selling on ebay,amazon and my own website
my plan is to change my 1st name by deed poll
new address via virtual office or an actual office space
new business account at business address
as it happens i have a new broadband and phone line so thats not a problem
my only concern is what happens when if they ask for id to confirm my name,address and DOB(ths happened to the last couple of stealths once i had a few grand go through paypal)
my driving license will be changed to reflect new 1st name but address and DOB will remain the same
any thoughts

Changing your name by deed poll?

That's a bit extreme.

There are far easier solutions. Do a bit of reading on the forum and you'll quickly find them.
