PP asking me to update card details

PP have started displaying a message saying I need to update my card details as it's about to expire. Is there any harm in ignoring this and just letting it expire?

So long as you have a bank account attached, then there won't be any issue.

I would still recommend adding and confirming a new card on the account.

Adding a new card is always an option. any particular reason you don't want to go for that?
