Xmas sales on ebay - good and bad

Made a fortune, sold out every account i have, best time of year by far for sales

ridiculous amount of people complaining about items not arriving, items arriving late, items not as they expected etc etc, idiots leaving neg fb without emailing

now going to have to rest a couple of good accounts as they in danger of getting close to below standard due to unreasonable customers who also appear at this time of year
