need help understanding limits
 

I got 2 accs that are stealth and newer, they been cookin for later. One was made 4 month ago and has 10 item limit and other is made november 2012 and does not have limits that i know of, as I can list more than 10 item. This week i put 15 on there and they are active.

My question is about second one, the nov 2012. how do I know my limits? i got no dashboard as i do not have enough dsr yet. where does it sa my limit. I got no notification that my 10 limit raised but it has cos i can list more, but how do i know exact amount without asking them obviusly.

also my 4 month old acc, at year mark will my limits raise automaticaly/

can someone explain limits when it comes to slow cooking stealth for later method.

If you go to all Selling on the left hand list or selling on the my ebay drop down and it should be at the top of the page just about. Under Monthly Selling Allowance.

I still confused. what are criteria to get higher limits? is it 1 year, 20/25 dsr - if someone tell me their experience to get to next limit.

also what are different stages of limits eg start with 10/600 then what next after this?

There is no set criteria, it's all up too Ebay of when or if you get higher selling limits.

Just to give you an example of what MM78 mentioned, one of my accounts went from 10/$500 to 100/$5000 with 15 total feedback.

There is no exact science that anyone really knows.

You should also be aware of category limits as well. Even though your overall limits increase, depending on the item, you may be limited by category as well.

I am pretty convinced after you start selling on those accounts, your selling limits will be mostly depending on your monthly listings volume (N & $)

The general rule is sell to the limits each month and your limits will eventually increase.

No set rules though as to how much they will increase, or how long the increase will take.
