Car parts are high risk because a lot phakes are out there, so before you list just make sure your items are legit.

Ebay motors USA is way better then ebay normal platform. I cant speak of UK but in USA Not high risk.

If u sell on ebay motors, paypal dont even do 21 day hold. Ever. No motor sales are ever held in paypal for 21 days. New ebay selling in ebay motors ,,, your pp money is instantly avail. And once u figure it out. You can create new seller account in ebay motors under 2 categories and you will get the immediate 10,000 limit to start. Thats only in 2 different motors categories not all of them

Im speaking on have created over 100 ebay motor accounts and pp with them.

150 a month is nothing to worry about

No not UK. but can speak of it because until 4 months ago I sold in UK for 9 years under MOTORS
