eBay Limited Access on my key eBay account!
 

So I get the following message on my eBay account when I log in:

"Important Message
We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

To help us resolve this, please log in to your PayPal account, and go to My Account > Resolution Center, and complete the steps for each requirement.

Thanks for your attention."

Big blow for me as this is the only account I have with very high selling limits 7000+ listings, £40,000+ and 3000+ feedback, 1 year old.

I have just done what Paypal has requested. Have to sit back and wait on this one.

What do you guys think my chances are of getting this one back? or is it toast? I have £700+ sitting in the Paypal account which I cannot withdraw plus all my listings are still active and orders still coming through, so puts me in a real tricky situation, do I process these orders and risk not getting the funds, or do I remove all my listings? Ah frigging nightmare.

Bang same happened to me! Exact same message. Around £400 worth of items ready to post and £400 sat in PP. Do I not post or can a moderator help?

What exactly does PP ask you to do to get situation resolved? Moderators can't change your PP status...

Your just going to have to log into PP and do what they ask...

Then you may or may not get the account back

If you do not do what they ask then you will definitely not get your account back.

It could go either way. You never know with PayPal

You've sent what they requested so all you can do now is wait

What did they actually request?
