Multiple accounts, set up cost of phone numbers

Hi all, ive tried searching but I cant get the right advice im looking for.
My situation is that im looking to set up multiple basic accounts, for each account i've no problem acquiring a VCC. For the phone number verification I am looking at buying multiple O2 sim cards, each will cost £10 to activate.
Surely theres a cheaper option than this?

Stealth costs money.

There are cheaper alternatives though. Not sure if you can get free Vodafone sims in Ireland, but they work a treat in the UK

I am in the UK, just my IP is picked up as Ireland as I am near the Irish border. Do Vodaphone offer free activated sims?

Ah OK, so your NI then?

Yes, vodafone do offer free activate sims. I order about 10 of the things a week and have them piling up all over the place, really useful though.

Yes im in Northern Ireland. Thanks for that info! I will look into Vodafone, I aim to set up quite a few accounts so £10 per O2 sim would add up to a fair bit.

Make sure you understand stealth well before trying to open too many accounts :)

Good luck

I got Leicomobile from newsagent.
Free sim and put £5 on it.
Not sure what's meant by activated?

Putting money on the card activates it right?

do the vodafone free ones not require having any money put on them in order to be able to receive calls?

I think I know enough to get me by, in my opinion. Firefox portable, dongle for ip switching, different addresses, names, phone numbers. Should be fine, if anything goes wrong it'll be a lesson learnt and knowledge gained :)

In my terms, an activated sim is one that can is active and can receive calls, usually a top up is requires to activate a sim. I'm trying to find a network that will activate a sim for free

VCC, IP tracking, new bank accounts should also be added to that list :)

Just to confirm, Vodafone can be activated for free

I'm using entropay for VCC, and bank accounts are being sorted. This stealth stuff is pretty straight forward once you do a bit of reading through the forums :)

Are they the ones that are usually for sale on ebay? The ones that come with £5 credit?

Does that mean one is instantly able to receive calls on the Vodafone sim?
We only need to put money on it if we want to make calls ourselves?
If that's true I wish I knew before - great tip!

As for VCC:

Is Entropy still used? I read in a thread somewhere and they were down on Entropy; not recommended.

Tackling that piece of the equation now, so, thank you for your support and advice

Do you get these from the EE shop?
t-mobile and orange have teamed up haven't they. I think the shops are now EE.

And you're saying, again, that like with Vodafone sims we don't need to put money on them to activate? That's only necessary to use to call out? Otherwise, we activate online and are then able to receive calls?

Free services are often over-used and abused - best to avoid

To make a call from the Vodafone sim you would need to top it up.

You can receive calls without topping it up.

Entropay still works fine in the UK

Yes they teamed up and now use the EE brand name but you can still opt for orange or t-mobile.Yes these cards are available at those EE shop

About the ebay, i don't know what's on sale there but it's no credit on these so you can't make call's but you can receive theme which is essential for us
