Is the account still finished?

So I got the 30 day selling restriction recently on one of my better accounts for having what they thought to be a counterfeit item taking down. Anyway I thought the account was finished before I got this because I was sure it was linked to an account I had suspended permanently so when I got the 30 day restriction I thought to the hell with it I had a number of 100 limit accounts sat waiting to be used so I thought I would move onto them.

The following day I went to withdraw the rest of the money out the paypal account only to come across the message that paypal were holding the money until I could give them everything from invoices, business plans, projected profit plus a few others. Anyway I gave them all they needed and within hours they had rang my phone apologising for the inconvenience and the limit was lifted.
Does this mean that maybe the ebay account linked to the paypal will be ok? iv proved to paypal that the goods I sell are legit will this have a bearing on the ebay account? The general idea ii got that once an account enters the 7 or 30 day restriction it usually means the games up any day soon for that account.

Im not sure about anyone else's experiences but I have always found paypal easier to deal with rather than ebay, at least they give u chance to show invoices etc ebay just close u down!!

IMHO paypal is harder to deal with they limit you and when you send in great looking docs and they keep you limited and tell you "Yeah it's in our best interest to part ways sorry" what a bunch of a$$holes..

1. You must give everything PP wants to lift the limitation - failure to do so will likely result in 180 day hold and end of the account.

2. eB account may survive but you should not think of using another PP with it.

3. Get stealth backups going with the guide info

Your account will probably be ok providing you do not have any further restrictions placed on it.

Providing p/p with proof will not automatically mean that e/b will allow you to list VERO items, that is up to the rights owner and e/b may well ask you to prove you have their permission to sell the items.

If you try to list them again you may well get a permanent ban so be very careful how you proceed from here.
