eBay Account 'Below Standard'
 

Hi, please forgive me if there is another thread that is similar. I have read through quite a few but because I'm fairly new to eBay I'm so confused!

Cutting a very long story short my eBay account is now 'Below Standard' having spoken with eBay I fully understand what's happened to make my account like this.

This is massively affected where my products are ranked on eBay so I'm desperate to get this back upto the top rated seller I was.

I was made 'Below Standard' on 20/01/2014, my next evaluation is on 20/02/2014, it also says on my account under 'Low detailed seller ratings'-
3 months: 01 Nov, 2013 - 31 Jan, 2014

Does this mean that on the 31/01/2014 all the percentages under 'Your Performance' gets put back to zero and I can, in a way, start again? So when the evaluation on 20/02/2014 happens I'm back to where I was or I at least move up the rank to 'Standard' status?

I am new to eBay so apologies If all this sounds stupid!

No, that is not how it works, they do not reset.

You are assessed over a 3 month or 12 month rolling period (depending on the level of your total number of sales) so you have to improve your performance by ensuring that you do not receive any more low DSR ratings.

You will need to get back to 'standard' or 'above standard' before the 20/02

Best way to do this is lots of cheap items posted very fast with free shipping.
