cash out of credit card intrest free??
 

Im buying a house and im 15k short and have 3 credit cards with a total of 15k limit on it but will only let me take 5 out in cash and the rest only for purchases,

my plan is to use many of my paypal accounts to send my other accounts 2k at a time as an invoice then withdraw to bank account.

i plan on paying it all back to the credit card within 30 days

what i need to know is will paypal refund all my transaction fees when i refund my payments back or do they keep some as processing fees?

e.g i send 2k to a paypal account, i would recive about 1900 as loose 100 in fees ruffly,

when i refund it back after 20 days will i get my full 100 fee back?

credit cards are a funny one as i know it costs paypal to process them.
