Do I need to build feedback if im JUST buying?

Hi all,

I want to be able to buy a lot of spare parts that generally go for $60+ however since my ebay and paypal accounts are new Im expecting them to get limited if i try to make such purchases straight away. Is there a general consensus on how long and how much feedback I need to be able to start buying in little higher amounts?

Any advice is appreciated, please. Thank you.

No need to build feedback for that.

You can start buying straight away for items that value.

You don't have to but I believe sellers can block buyers below a certain feedback.
