Default Problems faxing documents to Paypal?

Paypal account has been limited and they have asked for photo i.d., proof of address and invoices for the goods im selling.

I uploaded the i.d. and proof of address etc but have used up too much space on pp so i have been instructed to fax them in.

I printed off the fax cover sheet and tried to fax them in but the fax keeps failing!

Any ideas? or keep trying?

Thanks everyone!

Been a glitch with them since last week.

If your computer is 'secure' scan instead.

Good Luck

I had already uploaded the id, address confirmation etc but when i tried uploading the invoices there was not enough "space" on the paypal service to allow me to continue....thats when the message came up to fax instead.

I went to a public faxing service to do this as I was worried that my own name would be shown on the fax machine(a name that has been previously suspended from eb).

Should I just try again tomorrow?

As I previously explained the pp acc is limited so no access to funds etc. I logged on to eb again tonight and got the message that the eb fees were declined from pp due to "paypal account closed".

I paid the fees instantly with a cc that is not linked to anything, then logged into pp and the account is still the same "limited" not "closed".

Im getting very worried at this stage.

Im going tomorrow morning to try faxing the docs again.

I know its not advised but should I "call paypal"?

Thanks for the feedback.
