Paypal have asked for proof of business registration

I know there is a thread on this but im unable to view it.

PP got limited....asked for I.D. proof of address, CC statement, invoices etc..

I uploaded the I.D. proof of address and CC statement on 04/02/2014 but not the invoices as i didn't have those ready.

I got an email on the 4th asking for more info before account can be restored: PROOF OF BUSINESS REGISTRATION which they didn't ask for in the first place!

I faxed the invoices through today as that was what they had initially asked for.

I only upgraded the EB account to business as it states that if you buy products for resale then upgrade to a business account. I have not upgraded the PP account to business, it remains a personal PP account.

I am waiting for an email from PP anytime soon.

Should I be concerned?

Is there a way to satisfy this request although I have no business registration documents?

Thanks in advance.

Best idea would be to contact them and tell them you operate as a sole trader.

I just received an email there confirming receipt of the invoices and that they will get back to me when they have reviewed the documents.

Do you think I should leave it as it is and wait for them to come back or should I telephone them?

I know everyone says not to call Paypal?

If it were me, I'd write a letter stating you are a sole trader and upload it under the part they are asking for Business Documentation.

Hi

I sent them the letter stating that I am a sole trader and got an email to say that I had supplied all the info they had asked for and that my paypal account is now fully restored.

And it is, the Paypal account limitations have been lifted and everything is fine with pp but im still getting the following message on Ebay:

We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

To help us resolve this, please log in to your PayPal account, and go to My Account > Resolution Center, and complete the steps for each requirement.

Thanks for your attention.

Any idea what I should do? Its only been about 5 hours since the paypal account was restored.....is it possible that it will take maybe 24 hours to go back to normal or should I call them?

Thanks for your help as always.
