Paypal Limited and resolved but not Ebay?
 

Hi everyone

I've posting threads on this the last few days...

Paypal was restricted until I supplied I.D. proof of address, invoices, cc statement etc.

Received email today to say that I had supplied everything that was asked and my paypal account has been fully restored......which was great!

BUT! Im still getting this message on Ebay:

We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

To help us resolve this, please log in to your PayPal account, and go to My Account > Resolution Center, and complete the steps for each requirement.

Thanks for your attention.

Now, I have done everything asked of in Paypal and when I log in the paypal account is fine???

Do you think I should call up Ebay and ask them what the problem is?

By the way.....its a genuine account....not stealth.:confused::confused::confused:

Try wait day or two,or have a chat with them.
They always act immediately on the way down but use to forget restore things

Same thing happened to me last week and I encountered the same scenario.

Contacted ebay on the live chat and they informed that it would take 48-72 hours until my account was updated. It took about 48 hours.

So, nothing to worry about and well done on keeping paypal happy.

I wonder if this means our paypal accounts are a bit safer now?

Hopefully.. and for me I'm just playing the waiting game with my annoying ebay limit of 3,500/ 100!

Just wanted to let you all know what happened.

I telephoned Ebay and asked why was the ebay account restricted when I had submitted all the documents they had asked for. The girl on the phone told me to hold for about 10 minutes and came back to say......that everything is fine and she lifted the restrictions on my account! Success!

I then boldly asked for an increase in selling limits as it was 2 weeks past when they had told me to phone back.......and again....success...got the limits raised to 300/£10,000. The guy asked a few questions.....the same guy I had spoke to before and he remembered me! No problems he said to call back in a month for another increase.

The account is legit....do you think I should call back in a month????

Don't call back ever again, enjoy your increased limits and let them grow organically. Every time you call ebay, there is a risk you will be suspended, it happened to many people, so don't play with the fire.

Don't press your luck , you are now singled out from the crowd and will be watched. Becareful don't push and sell to 300 the first month after the increase, gradually raise, and never call back
