Call from Itembase

Just had a guy call me form itembase www.itembase.com, he said they work with eBay to do such and such, looks as if they are an ebay affiliate.

He asked if we have a website, I said no because my real details are all over the page. Anyone had any dealings with them, Do I need to be careful with these guys?
