Not readily. I assume your located in the UK..

Is there a reason of not just getting a UK account?

If you have a US account you could offer world shipping and ban most countries, but I think you still need to allow shipping to the US.

you can have international post to all countries or list directly on ebay.co.uk, I think this is only possible after 10 seller feedbacks

Have quite a few ebay business and paypal business accounts. Verified with limits removed.

To be able to sell in the uk as businesses.

Then stick to making UK accounts.

Do that until stealth is 2nd nature.

Everying needed is at your fingertips in the UK.

UK bank account
UK address
UK IP

and buyers that will flock to you to purchase.

Being local will work better as the account(s) have less chance of being flagged.

Start slowly and learn to separate the facts from the rubbish that gets posted.

With US accounts its really easy to have PP limits removed and high selling limits on EB too.
Having a fully verified UK account with limits removed is more tricky.
You can use a US account and change the item shipping from location to the UK, paypal stays the same. However, if you are doing this to get around the selling limit, you may find out that there is also an international selling limit...

the ip is the trickiest bit, rest is quite easy....and in terms of bank accounts/vba there are advantages to a USA acc but I personally would not bother...

Get a UK account.

eBay may think you are drop-shipping, misleading users with the location of the item. Other sellers may complain that you are not compliant with local laws, etc.

I have experienced a high suspension rate with accounts ran like this where product location does not match country of the account. It can work for a while but avoid it if you can.
