Default Bad Buyers at the moment

I am dealing with numerous bad buyers at the moment.

Buyers who refuse to read descriptions.

Buyers who refuse to pay to return items.

Have they put something in the water?

This afternoon I have been accused as being untrustworthy and deceitful.

I can't remember the last time I was accused of this.

It drives me crazy when all I want to do is sell and keep buyers happy.

How well is your description and return policy outlined?
As far as returns, buyers always refuse to pay for return postage in my experience and if you force them it is pretty much the same as asking them for negative feedback.

Fine.

Premium Seller with near perfect DSR's.

BTW this particular buyer is new.

Only has literally a couple of feedback.

They don't know what they are doing.

you can not allow certain buyers to buy your goods, those with feedback of 2 or less, with strikes against there name for non payment or those with negatives against there name.

Make sure the description is totally clear

It is.

As long as buyers can understand and read English.

This particular buyer has now resorted to swearing.

This is a new one to me. Since 2008 I have never encountered this.

as a non payer you will get your fees back anyway

causes you a headache but at least not losing money

Strangely over Christmas I had none of this nonsense.

In the last month I have dealt with 4 buyers who are causing me grief.

Onward and upwards.....

Bad buyers are a dime a dozen. Get multiple accounts going - spread and rotate sales; block buyers; actively monitor your auctions

I am sure that this is not what you want to hear, but with you having multiple ppl at once causing you grief, do you think it may be something in your listing or a way you have it listed. I am just saying with you having an unusual amount of complaints, maybe you are overlooking something on your end.

There is always a random nutter.

Recently, I had someone threatening me with court and police because he couldn't find the item that I sent to him just 2 days after it was dispatched. He also wasn't sure if he has registered on eBay with his own or his girlfriend's address (although I gave him the address twice) I hope he has received it, as I haven't heard from him for a while.

Another gem of a response.

Answer me this.

Have you read any threads on this forum or are you just playing tag?

We have had users who have managed to persuade ebay/paypal to take action against a seller

even though the 45 days have passed.
They ended up with grief with their accounts.

Make yourself more familiar with happenings.

I have very good luck recently removing negative feedback on buyers how were pissy they had to pay return shipping

To the OP I have had a string of weird buyers. Today one opened a case saying the item didn't meeting the 1,000 pound threshold. It makes no sense and I have no idea what he is referring to.
