Is anybody having issues with paypal contact us emails ?
 

I've been sending PayPal loads of Contact Us messages from my PayPal account but I've had not one single response from them not even automated emails that you get once you sent a message and then you'll have to reply to that one to get a real person to talk to.

I'm wondering if anybody else is having the similar issues ?

Also is it possible that paypal have put a block on my paypal account to block my messages ?

My account is limited but I can't see why I don't get a response.

I want to try to resolve the limitation but I can't because there's no steps to resolve.

Call them up - it's faster with your account in limitation.

No issues with e-mails on my side.

I would do that but I already have another account that's in my name so I don't want them to get linked.

Plus I find that it's a bit strange they have not provided any steps for me to resolve the limit issue.

They have been slack since mid-January in the UK.

Had slow replies for emails responses. Luckily I could contact them.

That other account aside (seems like you have identified a link), a limitation without steps to follow is worrisome. You are really faced with no choice but to call or wait for e-mail reply...which Greenie has indicated is slow. Not many options available.

What was the actual notice?

Was it an outright Dear John?

if your account is limited and they have relied once they probably wont reply again, they don't waste there time on limited accounts normally

is it deleted or seller account stopped ?

Sounds like the death chop.

A remote chance then of a response.

Look over your account to see you can avoid these issues should you start again.
