forgot to cancel transaction
 

I came back to a stealth account a few months later. I sold something but the buyer did not pay and we got in to a disagreement via email over them wanting such and such deal, the buyer got swearing and I back off and did not answer.

I forgot to cancel the transactio, so fees owing, alot. If ebay check they will see auction was not paid for, but obviously they could have paid by money order.

to late to do cancellation now anyway, plus not sure if I want to resurrect this guy from anger management.

If over 45 days its to late now.

Best to open non paying bidder and let the buyer tAke a strike against tjere account. Then you avoid paying fees in an unfair way like this.

do you mean you are out of time to send them a non paying bidder notice?

I suppose you could contact customer support, not sure if they would accept it though because as you state, the customer could have collected it or some other payment method.

Not sure, eb may contact buyer, but never heard of this.

then again it is quite an unusual situation.
