Another PAYPAL /gumtree question

I only use my PAYPAL ( or used to ) when selling on gumtree am I right in thinking all i need to set up a paypal account is

New bank details
New address
New phone number ( can this be a mobile)
New email
And obviously a new name

If I used mobile hotspots I.e cafe McDonald's costa coffee am I right in thinking I wouldn't need to worry about getting a new IP address at home

No, you would be wrong.....

Issue is that some toe-rag may have 'damaged' that mobile hotspot. Usung it flags your account.

You already run a high chance of having any paypal account flagged because of using gumtree.

Look at getting a dongle. Dont expect to run stealth accounts with safe internet access for FREE.

Can.I.ask how they would know if the transaction was from Gumtree. As all I send the buyer is an invoice for the amount nothing else
Thanks for getting back to me also would it be ok to use the dangle at my home address on the same laptop that uses my home ip. Normally or should.I.still use the dangle under a differen user

Just be careful, ebay owen gumtree.

so don't use any information in gumtree or paypal you have used before

The dongle only gives you a new ip every time you connect to the net. It does not do anything else
