creating a new stealth

I have a friend at flat 3 in a house and he suggested I use flat 5 same house
with a stealth name as he collects the post and i no the name wouldn't be on
the voters register and does this really matter?:brushteeth:

Could be an issue since Eb and PP UK does use the electoral register a lot. Account MIGHT pass automatically but manual review could lead to problems.

if that's the case how do people buying stealth accounts get past this problem?

Using poboxes - one example.

I also personally use variation of addresses but my operations are low key...

Surely a stealth account wud come with a stealth address and a made up name and wud never be on the electoral role?
why wud a po box be on the electoral role?

Stealth accounts do come with made up name and address that's why when you go to lift receiving limit they want docs as they cannot verify from public records. That's why you need docs.
