MC008 eBay account selling restriction

A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- We have credited any associated fees to your account.

I have not yet e-mailed them as I'm not sure what to say does anyone have any advice?

Hi,
welcome to the forum. If you had a look around, MC008 seems to be a indefinite elling restriction.
I do not think you can do much to get your account back (was an account with your real infos, right?) but knowing why it has been restricted (I guess you have some ideas on this...) coul be helpful for the forum to help you.

In any case my suggestion is to build a few stealth accounts, spread sales over them and make them work. It is much much better than having a single account on your real name.
