I have a question for you if you can kindly help me out please.

On my ebay account I sell my grandmas herbal remedy. I personally don't believe in the effectiveness of all herbal or pharmaceutical medicine but the herbal remedy was selling well abroad, particularly in india. I make no scientific claims of its effectiveness however I have still had my previous ebay and paypal accounts suspended.

I am thinking of using another ebay and paypal to sell now. I fully understand stealth and have been using stealth for a while now. I have ensured that the new account is not linked to the old suspended account.

I have an ebay account which is has been registered for a considerable period of time. I know I wont get international visibility until I get 10 detailed seller ratings. In order to make a sale do I have to add a bank account to the paypal or can I simply pay any ebay fees incurred via a credit card and keep the existing VCC on the paypal?

You do not have to have a bank account attached to the PP to sell, but it does make the PP more secure.

If you have had issues selling that item in the past then there is a chance you will have the same issues again in the future

you can just add a cc to sell on ebay
