Bank account issues with TSB
 

For example, name is Peter Segal, then PAYPAL name is P Segal, can TSB receive the money from PAYPAL?

My previous TSB account was suspended by PAYPAL , and I closed that account then months later opened another new account with TSB. I want to add the new TSB account into my PAYPAL again with new address and IP. I
I closed the old TSB account which was suspened by PAYPAL, and opened a new TSB account months later,got different sort code and account number, but I was told I can't add the new account. I am pretty sure the new account haven't linked any PAYPAL account by myself.


From E-book, PAYPAL doesn't know the account holder, so if I add two different accounts with the same account holder, it won't caused the problem.

Any ideas?
