Kicked for getting too many neutrals!!!
 

Does anyone know a limit for numbers of neutrals that will get your account kicked?

Disgusted by ebay yesterday, have 6 month old account had 100 selling limit, had 99.2% recieved 2 neg and 3 neutral, dsrs were great and less than 3 1/2 for all categories

You don't get booted for neutrals, what makes you thinkcl that?

What was the message and reason ebay gave for booting you?

What do you mean less than 3 and a half for all categories? (Hope you not talking about your dsr's)
I do agree it wouldn't have been that, that suspended you.

What about the legitimacy of the items you were selling?

When accounts just drop straight out the blue with no prior warnings etc it is usually related to what is being sold on the account.

Had you had any warnings regarding performance before suspension?

they said it was for too many neg, neutral and cases open, i had no more than 3 open cases since i started selling

i suspect it was because i got the negs and neutrals in the same month and it must have triggered something as i only 250 approx feedback total so took me from 100% to 99.2%

this is bloody annoying as 2 neutrals were left even though refunds had been given through no fault of our own and my dsrs are still great

where the cases esculated to ebay and found in the buyers favour?

If so that is likely the reason you where banned. That or 3 low dsr's in one category. Feedback is largely irrelevant at those statistics.

also i noticed i never recieved any emails about this nor any ebay suspension code so it is v strange

cases were resolved with seller, item description had 3 1/2 ratings but this is still acceptable according to ebay policy for accounts with low fb numbers

I assume your account went below standard because of all the bad feedback & cases combined.

Are you saying that you have 3.5 out of 5 for the Item Description DSR?
