Using an unused current account when debit card number was used
Before I learned I had to use a VCC I used the debit card number from a Barclays current account for ebay payments. That ebay account was linked and suspended. Can I still use the unused current account for a new paypal or will the debit card number have been linked to the account number?

The bank issued debit card will fail AVS.
You appear to be making a mess of your stealth work.
Simply use entropay & its VCC works ideally for stealth.
Re: Using an unused current account when debit card number was used
So if you have a burned debit card long number is it linked via AVS check to it's bank account? And if so is the AVS shared across ebay and paypal. Ebay had the debit card number, paypal will have the bank account. Just that this is a number one bank account and was a very drawn out appointment at Barclays. Yes I am now using VCC and am operating a few stealth accounts right now.
Re: Using an unused current account when debit card number was used
PayPal can't see the account number and sort code associated with a debit card. All they can do is verify that the card is registered to the name and address you are claiming.
Like everyone has suggested, I would avoid using the debit card, and use entropay, that way you can use your stealth address.
