Paypal & China

Where does Paypal stand on buying from China? I've read a few topics on Google recently that made me realise they limit people for doing so but eBay's top rated sellers whole store is china imported goods.

Paypal are asking me for an invoice, which I do have but is it wise leaving the supplier info on there? also, has anybody ever had it when Paypal contacted the supplier to confirm the address on the invoice?
