awaiting other partys response after 10 days
I recently had a dispute filed against me so I agreed to refund after the goods were returned to me. Buyer had 10 days to provide tracking details (10 days up yesterday) but no tracking has been provided yet the case still says "awaiting other partys response".
It does say in the resolution centre the buyer had until 8th to prove tracking details but nothing has been returned and no tracking given either by PM or through PayPal?
Anyone know how long Paypal takes to update? |
