Negative feedback on new account

Just received a neg on my new account from a brand new buyer who has left three negs from buying of others. My rating has gone to 88.1% from 100!!

Does this mean this account will not get increase limits and is no use now?

Help please.

Re: Negative feedback on new account

If it's a negative left that is against the rules and the buyer has left those 3 negatives u have mentioned all recently, than u may be able to get that removed

If the feedback was from some error in the sale, than just realize what u did wrong and make sure it doesn't happen again, and push on keep selling ,push that negative down with a lot of positives

If you have a lot of low priced items list them so that you can get some quick selling positive feed backs and get that % back up past 98, which is not hard to do

And one negative isn't the end of your account, as long as you get that percentage up and keep DSRs high u will still get increases, but just another reason to have multiple accounts going

Thats what I think must be a competitor. Annoying!!!

Hopefully does not affect my increase in limits this month. What should I do if it doesn't increase this month? Assume the account will not go up? Cant go on with 10.

The thing is ive already reached my 10 item limit so I cant do anything now until next evaluation which is 20th of this month

Did the buyer pay for the item or just leave neg without paying?

What is the reason for the negative?

Re: Negative feedback on new account

Just don't give up, I had a similar situation a year ago on an account that was fairly new 10/1000, and didn't have many sales at all my feedback was a 6 positives and 1 negative

But I continued to sell and also buy some items which even though is not selling feedback will raise your% , and it was 2 1/2 months in at the time of the negative , a week later I received an increase 100/10,000 and paypal holds were lifted a week later

And I was about to scrape the account , so glad I didn't because just days later it turned into a profitable account

So now I just keep going until I can't with accounts, and I operate with many accounts and always make more

Help please.

It means your account is marked.

It means you need to decide what to do.

First thing is to consider setting your seller's conditions. Feedbacks, immediate paypal etc need to be checked carefully.

Next round, check the feedback of a buyer ( unless you are selling high volume).

Account is not healthy as you know. Be careful of what activity you do. Nuture as best you can

Also start making backups to rotate sales

Re: Negative feedback on new account

I think I might keep this as a backup now. I refunded the money but saying something different. Any excuse for a neg im guessing.

Reading your other thread, you need to practise stealth for at least 90 days.

Are you going to set your requirements to control your accounts better?

You can not afford to have anything other than positive feedback & high DSRs on accounts.

You need to be operating under ebay flags for as long as you can. Applies to any and all stealth accounts.

Good Luck

You can always try and reach out the buyer and have him revise feedback with a request but...if it's a problem then just eat the feedback and do better sales

Waste time on a new account where the buyer has already negged 3 other sellers?

Yikes.

Re: Negative feedback on new account

You can set buyer requirements in your eBay settings.

You can choose for example to exclude anyone who does not have a card on file with PayPal, or has had a few unpaid item strikes against them.

May want to spend some time exploring eBay.
