New paypal acount no money holds??

Started a new account last week, went straight in with selling high value items, started at 99p they sold and the money is accessible straight away..is this normal?

Holds can be applied at any time regardless of age of account.

Don't get your hope up too soon.

No, but not unheard of.

I have it every now and then on a new stealth account.

I also often find that limit increases come thick and fast with those account, so treat it well :thumb:

That's awesome good for You, that's one thing I never had any luck on, every account I start always has the hold with eBay sales

Every once in a while random sales come in with no holds in the first 3 months but that's the best I ever had

had this on a few accounts over the last 14 days, but do not send money out within 24 hours of opening the account, it sometimes doesn't let you and p/p start asking for docs.

Does depend on each account.

paypal can start holds later.

Be careful with how you work the account.

This happens with about 15-20% of new PayPal accounts, no real reason for it that I have noticed. A roll of the dice.
