Phone verification is one small aspect of the information that the Stealth ebook covers.
I would say that 95% of what you read in the ebook is usable world wide.
Granted, the phone verification seems to be the most difficult aspect of UK members.
Some UK members have found a way around the phone verification, and have advised how to do that on the forum - using specific hardware.
Something else UK members might want to look into is getting a second landline in their home. Wouldn't that work?

what amazes me is why is it so easier to sell in USA than it is in UK?

In uk we cant get online bank accounts in a few clicks, we need to send the id + statements to the bank to get "authorized" coz the gov keeping a watch on us.

The voip doesnt work anymore however it works in usa ebay, and if it does work your lucky.

and in uk its paypal only, in usa and australia they can use bank transfers or money orders or merchant accounts.. i think its down to the "common law" system in the uk.

ebay, how do you get around the phone verification issue? Still using the callbox trick?

what issues do people get with tollfreefowarding, as i have not tryed it yet but they gave me a local number for my area then when someone calls the local number it forwards to my mobile.

One of the fairly major issues is going to be the fact that tollfreeforwarding in the USA has blacklisted the use of their services with ebay/paypal. Reasonable that the UK will be the same. tollfreeforwarding stopped services because their free trial numbers were abused.

My original number I was banned with however have different number on same line in same house address so will this be Ok to verify seller account?

Just use the phone box/mobile phone verification system.

OR use a friends phone/work phone etc

for all uk customers this looks like a good phone verification method if it works

Local numbers, 0845 numbers and 0800 numbers from Tamar Telecommunications.

click on Geographic Numbers on the left

1-5 numbers £3 each
6-19 numbers £2 each
20+ numbers £1 each

if it works it is a great solution for uk members

i also used a another company before it was really good it gave me 2 days free trail and it worked like a charm but i have completly forgotten the name of the company.

i know green bean said tollfreeforwarding has blacklisted the use of their services with ebay/paypal in usa and there might be chance its happened to uk too, however has anyone in uk recently tryed tollfreeforwarding for uk to confirm uk is blacklisted too?.
